Joe McGeehin

Joe McGeehin serves as Chief Financial Officer at Future Standard. He leads and oversees the finance and accounting functions across all Future Standard entities.
Mr. McGeehin has extensive experience in financial leadership. Prior to joining Future Standard, he served as Deputy CFO and Head of Strategy for Bridgewater Associates, where he led the finance function and drove strategic efforts including a multi-year recapitalization of the management company to facilitate shareholder transitions and expand the firm’s balance sheet, as well as the pursuit of organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Earlier in his career, Mr. McGeehin held various roles at Morgan Stanley, including Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO, and in its Mergers & Acquisitions department. Prior to joining Bridgewater, he was appointed by President Obama as a White House Fellow from 2016 to 2017, serving in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and White House Office of Strategic Initiatives.
He earned an AB in history with honors from Harvard College, a JD/MBA with distinction from New York University and is a CFA charterholder.
