Lisa Opoku

Lisa Opoku serves as Chief Operating Officer at Future Standard. Her responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s Operations, Technology, Infrastructure and Human Resources teams as well as collaborating with other leaders on high priority strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

Ms. Opoku has over 30 years of financial services and legal experience, including over 20 years at Goldman Sachs. She most recently served as Global Head of the Goldman Sachs Partner Family Office in the firm’s Asset Management and Wealth Management Division. Lisa was named a partner at Goldman Sachs in 2012 and held various leadership positions during her tenure at the firm, including Chief Operating Officer for each of the Engineering, Asia Pacific Securities, and FICC Bank Loan Trading and Syndications Divisions.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Ms. Opoku currently serves on the board of directors for the Mount Sinai Institute for Health Equity Research and the board of trustees for The University of Minnesota.
